Accuracy and updates

Each guide is researched using official and reputable sources, which are linked in the article. Rules, prices and programs change, though, and we can’t guarantee that every detail is complete or current at the moment you read it. If you spot something out of date, we’d genuinely like to hear about it.

Using our content

The articles, checklists and images created for this site belong to The Caring Years. You’re welcome to print our checklists for personal or family use, and to share links to any page. Please don’t copy or republish full articles elsewhere without asking first. Some photos come from free stock libraries and remain subject to their own licenses.

Links to other websites

We link to government agencies, nonprofits and other websites because they’re useful. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
